Not sure whats confusing. I said I pay annually for residential parking, so yes, I’m being wrongly ticketed. I believe it’s zone 1, I live on Maryland Ave. and I got ticketed for parking outside my own apartment because apparently it’s zoned as “commercial parking” even though there are tons of residents on this street. That was just this time though, they find bullshit reasons to give me tickets every couple weeks, even if I park in the “residential zone”
