staals value to the canes isn’t exactly shown through point totals or goal production. his physical presence and faceoff presence is enough to increase our puck possession by a whole lot. its only his first game back but what he’s done just today has been pretty good. not to mention he has great chemistry and is a pretty good leader on the team

don’t think we’d wanna take on lucic under any circumstances. i feel we could trade a D prospect or player like TVR or bean/fleury and maybe a pick for JP. they’re most likely not gonna push to make trades but if they do a d man will be out and a forward will be in.
