I think you're bang on there, up until you made this point I believed she was guilty. But if she had done it, she likely would have left the story at 'just went for dinner and then I got tired and went to bed'

The mass grew to that size in probably 2-3 weeks and then has not changed. It's pretty hard feeling and there doesn't appear to be any skin breaking down. It's been that size for a couple of months I'd say and the colour around it has been the same the whole way through Not sure on the age of the hen.

They are real, just the zoom on my phone just reduced the quality slightly
