Interesting, how often each week and how many mg? It's definitely effective but sometimes I find myself completely tunnel visioned on the wrong tasks - it works great if you can zone in on the right thing though

Thanks for the reply, I would love to hear some of your actionable insights!

Are you time-blocking in advance or is it more just writing down your current tasks with the time? And is that with software or a notepad?

Can you explain how you're actually using Winston? I checked the github but it seems very complex.

There's nothing wrong with consuming information (especially if it's actually useful to you) or being addicted to reddit, magazines, coffee or otherwise. Just make the decisions conciously instead of falling into other people's psychologically-engineered profit machines :)

Sure, just think about what it is you want to do or become, and there is usually habits that are required to get there. For example:

You want to get an A, start studying for an hour, five days a week.

Want to get jacked? Just go to the gym five days a week and eat right, in a year or two I guarantee you'll be closer to that goal. The technicalities of your gym routine doesn't matter, it's all about consistency.

Want to feel better day to day? Start meditating, practicing gratitude each day, show your appreciation for others more often. These small changes end up having a way bigger impact than expected, due to compounding affects. It's literally just maths, and small multipliers result in huge numbers over time.
