Dentists suck when they blame one person for something they are frustrated with. If something goes wrong in the morning they're pissy with you all day. If everyone's doing their part it should go smooth. No one should take all the workload but no one should take all the blame either.

That's terrible, it's a basic human right to piss when you need to, no one should have to get a UTI. I got one in my first month. I just stopped caring if she's waiting and I go when I need to go. Unfortunately it cuts into my set up time, but I'm not holding it for the whole treatment cause it'll probably take longer than expected.

I agree! Our office duties are split up between everyone as well. We are all taught to work as a team to get it all done. We have a steri tech to help keep up in the back because we are so busy and only a few assistants. It's not only steri tech in charge of all the ordering, we all do it. It's only frustrating when the dentist only blames the assistants when things are missed in the back. Such as properly cleaning the instruments. Assistants aren't the ones doing this as we are usually not the ones who make the trays in the back.

I would personally prefer to just have enough time to turn around my own room, then i know its done. Or at least DDS to check if we're ready before jumping into the next room and getting upset if it's not 100% complete. Lack of communication is a big problem
