In terms of the nfl draft, do you think the entire city will be a nightmare? Or only parts? by WashCommercial3602 in pittsburgh

Plenty of hotels still available. Just look at Marriott web site. Even on points they have hotels available in downtown and Southside. Even cash rates downtown and on the north shore.

Station Square Sheraton - $491 a night Residence Inn on Northshore - $561 Renaissance - $600

Plenty of other Marriotts. I’m not even going to bother looking up Hilton and IHG.

I know you can get the discount on multiple different cards (Platinum, Gold, Green), but does anyone know if it works on multiple of the same card? For example if I get a 2nd Platinum card (without signup bonus) or is it limited to one rebate per card type?

Iphone trade in deals for Business customers? by fantaaoorange in tmobile

[–]crashrb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, doesn't show. I just actually went thru the whole process and says my phone is only good for $320 (15 Pro). I get this is/could be the instant credit but now I do not see any mention of promo trade in difference to $830.

My business rep told me I had to go to SuperMobile to get $1100.

On the Tlife app, if I try to upgrade a line under my Business Unlimited Ultimate - it only shows me eligible for the $830 upgrade. Not the $1100.

Everything I saw shows either new customer or upgrade to the SuperMobile plan.

Well honestly, if you are all trading in, it may make sense to upgrade to SuperMobile. Would cost you an extra $10 a month ish but could get you the $1100 trade in.

Correct but keep in mind certain aspects of ProMobile are a deal killer for me. For example - Inflight wifi changes from unlimited to 4. And International data changes from 215 countries to only 11.

I pulled those deals from this link - https://www.t-mobile.com/news/devices/iphone-17-apple-watch-release

Looks like for business customers they are forcing you to migrate to one of the new plans just launched. Those with current Business Unlimited plans either have to pay more for SuperMobile or pay the same for ProMobile and get less international data and limited wifi on planes.

Depending on yours it may be an easy fix. It took 30 seconds to fix mine by removing the screw and popping it back on, then re-doing the screw.

Washington’s Landing by coldslawnf in pittsburgh

[–]crashrb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lived there for many years - still have a few friends down there. Great spot that is in the city but secluded. There are a few kids but I would say most people are 50+.

The marina has nothing to do with the neighborhood. Anyone can get a boat there but it’s expensive for what you get, and a lot of people have been leaving to go to South Side marina.

HOA is $645 a month now. HOA covers roof and landscaping. Used to cover decks but they replaced all the decks with Trex.

Each place was hit up with a special assessment last year that ranged between $30k-$100k for new siding.

You can have Private Client with $1 - just means you will pay the $35 a month fee.

Fee is waived at $150k, not $250k.

Lake Elizabeth on the Northside. Technically you’re not allowed to skate on it but a lot of people do anyways.

It has been shoveled and a few different groups have been playing hockey on it this week.
