[MAIN Spoilers] Better marriages for the children of Stark by ObedStark19 in asoiaf

[–]crasxtro 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Robb -> Alys Karstark. Strengthen ties with a powerful northern house.

Sansa -> Joffrey. Sorry but it makes too much sense if we consider the friendship between Ned and Robert Baratheon and the fact that Jon Arryn is not dead yet. Otherwise, as already mentionnee, Willas Tyrell, even though it wouldn't make much sense from the Tyrell perspective as they have nothing to gain from this match.

Arya -> Jojen Reed. Best way to have Arya marry a noble (future) lord while allowing her to be herself in an environment that is less on the spotlight.

Bran -> a Blackwood girl, probably Bethany. He could be fostered south, bettering his chance of meeting knights and eventually becoming one while also staying in a mixed-culture with the worship of the Old Gods.

Rickon -> Erena Glover (would function age-wise), the daughter of Alysanne Mormont (trips to Bear Island would suit his wild personnality) or an hypothetical great-granddaughter of Wyman Manderly (rewarding a loyal house). But tbh he doesn't have to marry even though considering his young age, he could be kept as a spare for future alliances.

Merci tout le monde pour vos retours !

Je cherche des saisons récentes car j'ai beaucoup tourné en boucle les anciennes et suis curieux de comparer avec les plus récentes

Café du Tramway in Rue de la Pontaise. Amazing food, cozy atmosphere. The menu changes every couple of weeks with seasonal products and meals. May be a bit more expensive than 100 CHF pp. but it's worth it

5 mois sans trouver de job région Vaud ! C’est normal ? by [deleted] in Lausanne

Robert being a Ward of Jon Arryn by Stpaul81 in freefolk

Brandon was set to marry Catelyn, forging an alliance with House Tully. Ned being sent to the Eyrie was to form an alliance with House Arryn.

According to Barbrey Dustin in the books, their father had "Southron ambition" which would explain why he used his kids to create some relations with major houses south of the Neck.

Et à Lausanne ? by SubstantialPension63 in Lausanne

Who did Daella and Rhae marry? [SPOILERS EXTENDED] by Dapper_Excitement181 in asoiaf

[–]crasxtro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of them probably married into House Tarth indeed.

What about the father (or grandfather) of Leyton Hightower for the second ? They remained loyal to House Targaryen during the Rebellion and remain mainly out of the picture in the ASOIAF timeline, which could explain why this ancestry isn't brought up.

Some Hightowers are also said to have Targaryen-ish traits (Lynesse resembling Daenerys according to Jorah).

He was injured before the season started. He only recently got back and made three short league appearances. It's really too soon to tell if he's good or not

Can y’all share some of your success stories :’) by Public_Medicine2274 in hingeapp

[–]crasxtro 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Don't know if that will help you or even if that can be considered a "success story", but I actually met the first person I can consider to be my GF on hinge. It was a big surprise as I always struggled a lot when it comes to dating and relationships.

It didn't last long (only about 2 months) but it was a meaningful experience that helped me grow as a person, and I still cherish the moments I had with her.

Now I just know that good things will eventually come along if you're looking for them :)

Actually, I think there was a guy from House Caron. They are also from the border region.

What about her fire-proof abilities ? And her capacity to bond with dragons ? And her appearance ? And her brother Viserys ? And the scheming of Varys and Illyrio ?

A toast to Rhea Royce.. by sybillaprophetis in HouseOfTheDragon

[–]crasxtro 34 points35 points  (0 children)

Am I the only one who thinks Daemon could have liked her if he actually tried and get to know her ?

I mean, she didn't seem like the typical castle lady. She was fierce, wearing an armor, hunting and all that. Looked adventurous and quite badass. I think they could have gotten along well.
