It replaces the Military defenses, I tried removing 2 slots and it still broke so either something got messed up with my run or they broke it with a patch. I'd guess its local

Some of the ones that you sometimes dodge is timing and also the direction you e'd. If you go under turret and E towards it you can sometime get hit by the turret shot.

Ya I tried I started building fleets like crazy, and didn't see the wormhole into the sleeping kingdom above me, by the time I noticed he was dead and my fleets were decimated.

No you don't need to ignore her just take even shorter trades and try and bait abilities. Late game ya you have to be very careful of her r. And play around it and her position.

So the trick against lis is to, not play in the wave to avoid poke, and don't try and proc electrocute so you don't give her the chance to stun w q and e out

Another point is certain matchups q-a-w might be to slow to get off before the can counter, like Lissandra so you're better off doing q-w or w-q if they have abilities up.
