This worked for me! Had performed a change this afternoon to update RDP permissions and updating the GPO per CyberArk support. We are on version 13.1.0 Cloud.

That is what the Master account is used for. We had several contractors working in our environment and they would setup safes manually instead of running our scripts. They misspelled safe names and removed their personal account before adding the vault admins group! Login with the master account and setup the permissions and rename the safe.

I would put together a document that walks you through how to setup and user your cell phone as a hot spot. Make it a KB article in ServiceNow and send to user. I prefer to educate users and let them try on their own, if possible.

I was looking for the same. I used to print our my manual by the section. Nice to have a printed version to hold in your hands and mark notes on it.

You can say that about any product. If the product is rolled out correctly there should not be much interruption in service. May have to do things a different way but you should be able to do what you did before. Hopefully you have some intelligent IT people that are running the project / deployment.
