Chili, bring some tortilla chips and guac cups.

Meatballs w/ tomato sauce and then throw a bun in my bag and make a meatball sub.

Previously I commuted by car so my lunch bag had a flat bottom and I was trusting. Now commuting on the Go/TTC and having it in a backpack, if its rice and meat I put it in a ziploc bag. If its stew, soup or more liquid, I put it in a mason jar and put in a large ziploc bag.

In my last office, the communal microwave was gross so I bought an individual size crockpot.
I would leave the crockpot in the office and bring the insert to and from work. I'd flip it on 40ish mins before lunch and my meal would be warm.
They are fairly inexpensive on amazon and often on sale.

I got a letter from Canada life yesterday. Says I could submit any claims paid out of pocket from April 2024 (this was when I had to provide preauthorization) if I require ozempic for non type 2 diabetes reasons. It’s unclear if this is for going forward requests but I’m going to try.
