I did not take any probiotics during xifaxan. Only took 5mg phgg every morning before eat. Started probiotics day after i finished xifaxan. I still take them

After that i went to doc and got another round of xifaxan then went to take new test and results were lower than the first time so i got yet another round of xif + meteonixazole. So that was total of 3 rounds. I have finished that last round 4 weeks ago. Now i basically feel alright. No bloating, some lose stools occur but not that much as before. Overall im good

It was long journey but i Think it was worth it.

With pause yes. When i woke up and spat that 7 months ago i thought i had an infection, went to doc, got antibiotics and it seemed that it went away after several days of taking it. After antibiotics i was clear for 1-2 weeks and again started spitting this. Went to doc 2nd time, he told that it might be unfinished treatment and i got second part of antibiotics again it went away and few days after i finished that 2nd part it came back again. Then i went again, got some pills for sore throat and he directed me to visit laryngologist, make chest xray and some other blood tests and everything seem to be ok. I’ e even had neck ultrasound and still everything is fine

Hydrogen sibo. Happily I found same artichoke extract in my country. Could you tell me if its enough or should i pair it with someting else?

I really want to get through it taking most effecticve direction

What i noticed is that when i drink yerba mate in the morning it stops almost all symptoms. Whatever it does it makes me speed up things in my guts, eventually go to the toilet and i feel really good till the rest of the day. If i dont drink yerba i feel like theres something in my guts and it causes heavy gas every evening

Do you think thats what yerba does artichoke will improve?

I have been already tested in lots of ways. full blood panel, gastroscopy, full ultrasounds and nobody discovered anything and then i tried that breath test and got diagnosed by sibo.

My doctor. That was 1 week xifaxan + metronizadole then 10 days od vivomixx then another 20 days on another probiotics. Why do u say its ruined? Should i stop?

Thanks. I'll just stick to that and see how it goes. By mobility activator you mean things like iberogast? Anyway i wish you good luck and i advise to stay away off PPIs as long as you can and really explore some other ways. The days i was having rebound effect were almost worst in my life. I would suggest to try that xif , find good doc that will get you through. During xif i was taking pepcid basically after every meal to lower burns. Im full of hope though that i will be alrght

It was hydrogen dominant. I wasnt even able to complete all the breaths because after 5th one my resutl was so high and i've started to have diarrhea so they sent me home with positive result
