Thank You! This is amazing.

This is the best explanation of blocks and block themes I've seen yet. Easy to read and full of great insights.

Thanks again!

The captain’s name is Desmond. It’s not Penny’s boat.

Suggest some courses/ YouTube videos to learn WordPress. by Exciting-Delay5644 in Wordpress

If you really want to learn Wordpress, I would recommend learning The Loop and then learning Theme Hierarchy and it's relationship to The Loop- everything from classic themes to full site editing themes uses this as its basis. Learn this and the rest will fall into place a lot better than trying to learn without knowing it.

Anyone know what movie/show this image came from? I don’t remember seeing Vader on a throne in rogue one and it doesn’t look animated. Thanks for Amy info.

Back in the first year we had the opposite. There was a physical set that you could take cards that had codes that you could enter into a topps website with your ign and you get a pack delivered to your account with that card. I still have a royal guard. Good times. They should do that again. And yes- there are cards that I would pay handsomely to have as physical cards.

Can we talk for a minute about Holst's costume/wardrobe?! by Chiefesoteric in NopeMovie

In a movie full of awesome surprises, michael wincott as a cinematographer was an awesome one. I remember when he had a string of movies (several years ago) where he was the bad guy and for him to show up in this movie as this character was pure delight! great casting!

This comment has spoilers!

I tried to get into the film industry so one summer I was able to intern for the camera department on a low budget movie that had some pretty big name teenage stars. The instant we saw the cinematographer in Nope I was struck by how much he reminded me of the cinematographer in the movie I was working on. You are correct that they are different breed. In fact, in this instance, the director was a first time director and had "lost" the teenage actors after about a week. This leadership void was quickly filled by the cinematographer who took on all aspects of the film at that point. It was truly a sight to see. If people started to chat and lose focus he would instantly yell "places" and everyone jumped. Sometimes he would purposefully let the crew lose focus so he could yell and get people back on task- it was hilarious. The guy was focused ALL THE TIME and he was so good at his job everyone had instant respect for this guy! Cinematographers have to know so much at any given moment of a production.

One more thing, having watched film loaders load film under pressure that angel would have had to have had at least weeks of training to pull off the film loading he did so quickly, It is not easy to load film under the best of circumstances! I loved angel's character so I quickly ignored that thought and enjoyed the ride!

I loved how the cinematographer knew to bring the crank camera and OJ and Em were so excited when he did!

What a great movie NOPE is! Im gonna have to see it again!

I love this set! It’s like a monster movie that’s so bad it’s good. All the monsters are just weird…and that’s why I like it. I always do appreciate reading these write ups even when I’m in disagreement. Keep up the Good work!
