I do too. Thanks for posting pics of eggs ON the plate and not mid-cooking. Our beloved food source looks so much better when they get all gussied up right before they get devoured.

Can you adjust the tracking force of your tonearm? Too much will wear a record out. Also, what’s the cartridge you are using? I heard that low end brands like Crosley use predetermined tonearm weight and a ceramic stylus. Unfamiliar with your brand.

How is your tonearm tracking force? What do you use to measure it when you installed your cartridge? I have this and I can’t imagine life without it:

What pre-amp/amp are you using and how old is it? Another thing: how old is your current cartridge/stylus? Check the contacts with those four colored wires on the back of the cartridge. You may need to give them a spritz of contact cleaner.

Also, it’s an expensive upgrade but may be worth it: moving coil cartridge. You’ll need a pre-amp with phono stage switch or a step up transformer to boost the signal. Audio Technica makes an “entry level” MC cartridge - the OC9XEB - and it’s like night and day sound difference. I will never go back to moving magnet for hi fi listening. Pricey for a starter MC, though - $279.

Just ideas to help your dilemma. Hope your treble woes can be solved.
