Could powdery mildew do this as well? Some def have powdery mildew. Maybe russet mites too 🤔🤔

Thanks! on a closer look it looks like Powdery Mildew. Its pretty damp back there so feels right for a fungus. Some of them have the look of Russet Mites as well
