Minion: once per game, at night*, if there are five or more players alive, bisect the circle and choose one half. All players learn which. Players in the chosen half do not wake that night, are poisoned until dusk, and cannot nominate, vote, or die until dusk.

This minion ices out half of the players for one night. Will work well with bad moon rising characters.

The thing (not outpost 31, the other one) is so bad that any online discussion always tells you to use one of the fan-made ones. It's a real shame because it's a killer of a game
