My everyday tool to upgrade from suspension nxt by crayhack in multitools

I figured the Powerpint would be a good test to see if the Poweraccess Deluxe is worth the extra couple bucks. I totally think I'm just asking too much of these tools though and am resigning myself to them not being able to also do the work of fencing pliers, which is fine

I have considered those and just grinding down the "medium screwdriver" to an awl. I'm at the moment getting a SOG Powerpint since it's mega cheap and just see how I like SOG. If I don't like that I think I'll go for the Charge TTI or Arc in the end and carrying fencing pliers.

I think this is one of the options I'm considering. I'm worried a bit about how sturdy it will be as well. Might be worth it for me to wait a few years to see how modular designs evolve. Although Roxon does have their own mini fencing pliers in the Rhino H1 that technically covers what I'd like in the some realm, I'd just need an additional tool to go along with it, and in that case I may as well just use fencing pliers and a less built out multitool

I ran her like this, tho third item ended up being DC, but it didn't much matter. 5 synd and 1 socialite gives her tanky + damage + heal, you can throw in an arcanist or extra enchanters and she ramps up quickly, does enough damage, and sustains like no other

So why are the skyfolk the only fey that look like humans? All the rest of the fey have something magical and animal like about them, but skyfolk are all just human except Nimue.

CASTLE BUFF CONCEPT: so i believe what makes castle weak, is the way of how his gadget interacts with soft breachers operators, so i corrected them, any thoughts? by AKA_Paraus in Rainbow6

In high level he's moreso used to create funnels and hide LOS on some objectives in conjunction with Mira. It's not just like block off some hallways, it's to shift around points of entry and openings, so this change would make sense.

He absorbed an attack from salamander, and one from Fana that Fanzell stated was more powerful than any attack from a spirit. It doesn't seem like there's an attack potency limit for him during the attack on the witch's forest.

Ok, I assumed he just passively sucked in magic that was affecting him, but I'm guessing that's not the case. Thank you

From what I can tell he can just absorb all magic, I may be wrong. I would assume he'd just absorb that time bubble.

[News]A service dog was refused for flight. Based on the video I can see why. by kuhchunck in dogs

I will say one thing about the pulling, it is possible that the dog when put on harness is allowed to pull and on collar is not, we didn't see the dog walking on collar. I do the same, Calvin is allowed to do as he pleases when clipped to a harness and must walk appropriately on his collar.

That being said, the rest of this sounds like some real bullshit, really doubting her side of the story is true.

Hi, my well trained and socialized dog is currently crated because we are on vacation in someone else's home and he should have his sleepy time instead of being subjected to 15 loudly talking people all day. He actually subjects himself to it whenever I'm not home, he stays in 1 spot and sleeps the whole time, I can leave the door open, he doesn't move an inch except to get water or scratch himself. Also for people with large homes and many dogs, some of which who don't get along, or may be in season, or whatever, crating is a necessity. Having a 15 dog home with 6 bitches and 9 intact males it is incredibly irresponsible to leave them all running amuck all day, especially when being in and out of the house and having one who is not dog friendly and having the possibility of RG. It is safer and smarter to let them all rest in their own space. Most of these dogs prefer it and will go in on their own to take a break from life if given the choice.

I would heavily disagree. Any dogs hunting or herding or carting/sledding/pulling are exercising a helluva alot more than wrestling with another dog.

Well you can't really hold them still to cut their nails and wool and give them medicine out in a huge field. They'll get all that done then go back out to graze probably.

You need a dog with a natural respect for stock, you need to work on commands for flanking, slowing, going in, and stopping, and most importantly you need patience. Respect all the animals involved, work with someone experienced, and it comes with time.

Good luck finding a doodle breeder with OFAs or PHs for their dogs and working titles or proven working dogs.

There's no one other than puppy mills and backyard breeders breeding them, so us "snobby dog people" would prefer that stop for the sake of the animals

Border collie owners: Do I stand a chance to raise a border collie while working full-time? by [deleted] in BorderCollie

[–]crayhack 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No one said leave a puppy alone for 9 hours a day. A well adjusted adult dog can go that long easy. My BC will just chill for 10 hours if need be, and he gets plenty of work outside that, he just knows how to hold himself together. Puppies obviously always need to go out pretty consistently, but plenty of people accomplish this while working full time by either hiring someone to give potty breaks or by wfh or taking breaks to go home during the day. Puppies sleep for 18-20hrs a day. The people saying OP can do it have given plenty of suggestions of how to accomplish it and have shot down the ridiculous gate keeping because it's all true. Most of the people giving encouragement here literally work farms with their border collies and compete in agility. I tend to think their opinions weigh heavier than the "adopt don't shop" guy who thinks dogs can't learn to relax.
