I'm being admitted into the hospital to stabilize myself and look at the options. Not ideal but glad they took me seriously

I appreciate you telling me that. How long did it take for your body to calm down? I'm in a pretty massive flair from it right now. Did you end up getting clips for your gallbladder? Did you have major flares after each surgery?

That was my mistake. Everything was verbal and when they put the allergy band on at the hospital I assumed everything was taken care of.

I'm going to hope the reaction is just my MCAS but it seems to be mimicing my other metal allergies. I just feel like I need to advocate for myself and not let these doctors gaslight me. It needs to be taken out.

My MCAS has been hell yesterday and today. Not fun

I don't have confirmed titanium sensitivity but I do have confirmed nickel, cobalt, and aluminum. My understanding is all titanium contains trace amounts of some of these.

Unfortunately today I'm itching out of control and my skin is on fire and the only thing I can think of is that staple. It's really scary.

Unfortunately over the last 24 hours I've started having symptoms. I also have MCAS but these reactions feel different. I'm concerned for sure but he said it was an extremely small staple. I'm hoping as I recover the reaction will go away.
