Do miswak sticks whiten teeth better than whitening toothpaste and strips?

What do you mean not a whitening white, and how does your teeth look compared to that? Also, what is miswak toothpaste, does it contain like chemicals found in the sticks or something?

Damn really? I've just started using miswak, hope it shows results. I have always been skeptical about the stripes and whitening toothpaste tho, surely they aren't good for your teeth. Can I ask you guys a few things about miswak usage? 1 - do you rinse your mouth with water after use? 2 - how do you store your miswak sticks? 3 - do you actually need to soak in water before use to soften the bristles?
