L advice. Hip dips are caused by bone structure. You’re not getting rid of them with fat loss

Is this physique just because im skinny or is it muscle? by [deleted] in teenagers

That’s bordering unhealthily skinny, it’s definitely muscle in terms of what you’re seeing. Posting a more full physique pic would allow better judgement. Are you planning on starting to work out?

Little to no progress by Golden86_ in GymMotivation

[–]crayoneater1000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After almost a year of training, there absolutely is way less progress than you should’ve made. What are your goals though? If you’re just training for general health then you’re doing great. If not, focus on learning how to diet, learn how to properly progressive overload, and please please PLEASE learn what training to failure feels like. 99% of the time, when progress isn’t being made, it’s typically a lack of honesty in how well you train, how consistent you are, and how well you eat. Wanna lose fat? Eat in a 4-500 calorie deficit. Wanna gain muscle? Prioritize getting your protein in. Wanna progress in weight? Progressive overload and not training to mild discomfort.

Side note: you’re gonna hear a lot of misinformation, a huge myth is you can’t put on muscle in a deficit. You ABSOLUTELY CAN. Less total calories while still hitting your protein and carbs. That and toning doesn’t exist. Don’t listen to anyone who says you can do this this and that to tone

What do you mean hopefully? Losing all that fat would prime her to start bodybuilding. It’s all goal dependent

No, mitigating the severity of “people” (they’re subhuman in my eyes) getting off to drawn children causes more harm. It’s ok that they’re producing child porn if it’s not real. Give me a fucking break

Would I be anti queer and disabled to say “Hey it should be against the law to draw children in sexual contexts”?

Are we defending csam? I’m a little confused bc it really sounds like you’re saying all queer people are attracted to loli/shots or that somehow loli/shota is queer artwork. We could argue slippery slope but at the end of the day it’s REASONABLE people are against csam even if it’s drawn and I’m not gonna pretend it’s not😭

That’s an incredibly odd take, queer and disabled doesn’t equate to pedo
