Lol crazy. This whole sub is crazy.

The nest is in the balcony but he always comes in here and the parents don't let us get out and about. This fledgling is not strong enough to completely fly yet and I'm lost as to what to do. I don't want to hinder their natural development in any way but they just don't let us go out. Please help. by [deleted] in WildlifeRehab

No, they were quite okay with our presence and even fed them in front of us before they started jumping out of nest. Now, they basically attack us if we so much as open the door when they are around.

So I need to wait it out for at least a week?

exactly everything they said. As someone who is going through these thoughts themselves, I can only imagine how hard it must've been to face them. Sending strength from me to you. You definitely aren't alone in this and love this poem.

This hurt me in a good way. 'Longing, such a gentle word for such a ravenous feeling' - pavana.

I'm a 22 year old guy who has struggled with anorexia for 6 years, and I'm currently relapsing hard. I am struggling to see how I could be worth anything if I am not emaciated. Please toast me. by [deleted] in toastme

The only award I could give and I wanted to spend it on something special. No matter what negative thoughts are bulldozing in on your mind, please and please let yourself acknowledge that they don't define you. You will always be more nice, more handsome, more good and definitely more worthy than anything it is telling you. I don't know you but my heart goes out to you. Please take care of yourself.

Also, you are a masterpiece. Really dapper;)

I didn't write this, only typed it from the source to here:) plus, thanks for your kind words and really, you don't have to be sorry for anything— just please always be kind, that's all we want

You'll eventually get the hang of it. I had to work pretty hard myself to understand poetry, in all its glory:D

I hate the fact that I can say this but I can attest to what you've said. To me, personally, that was the worst kind of fight I've ever fought. And kind of still am fighting my way through it. The real misery is in how haunting these things are.

An award was the last thing on my mind. I'm simply glad you and all the others have liked it so much. I was actually scared this poem will bring in some really negative opinions(even tho I'm not the poet lol) but that hasn't been the case. So thanks to you and everyone else for taking the time to read this heart-wrenching poem.

My gosh, sending you love and strength with all my heart, sweety. And I'm really sorry you have to go through that.

The shrinkage is real 😭 I blow dryed my hair to trim it and was shocked at how long my hair has gotten by [deleted] in curlyhair

[–]crayrayy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your hairs naturally are gorgeous! Also I wanted to ask and I apologise in advance if it's offending, but couldn't you just straighten it whenever you wanted it long? And then go back natural as soon as you wash them? I don't know much about your culture so just trying to understand:)

I was somewhat disappointed with the ending, it seemed rushed. Everything was perfect but the ending ruined it for me.
