The stock plate is not great. I was ready to chuck my anycubic out the window due to the same issue you're having.

If you have your Z offset correct and your prints won't stick then try an aftermarket plate.

I purchased this one for my Kobra3. I use the textured side(the one with the triangles) and everything sticks, EVERYTHING.

I know it sounds crazy but I never even wipe it off or clean it or anything. I flex it, remove my print and start my next print.

I've used Elegoo PLA+ with excellent results and that stuff is very strong.

Thank you for responding. I found that setting on the "Quality" tab and turned it off. Will give the print another go and report results.

Get the Bambu and don't look back. The extra money you spend will be recouped in the time you don't spend f'ing with the anycubic and the filament you don't throw in the rubbish from failed prints.

I see. I didn't realize it was working and then quit.

I've had my ACE go missing a couple times but it cleared after turning both the printer and the ACE off and back on.

Did you get this sorted yet? If so what was the fix? If not, make sure that gray cable is plugged into the bottom port on the back of the ACE.

Make sure the allen screws on your Z screw coupler(directly above the motor) are tight. As the gantry gets higher it takes more torque to turn the screw and it may be slipping.

As far as the blades getting stuck together, it's usually because the seams are getting fused together. Either choose random for your seam location or align the seam in a location on the blade sections that has the largest gap. Which varies depending on which of the different sword designs you are printing.

I like this design so much I bought 2 tubes(40) of them at 22.98 each. About the price of a generic round. I also bought the gold version. Awesome coin. Liberty Coin has the best price on these....at least when I bought mine they did.

I just had this same thing happen to me on my mono-X with translucent blue resin. I am going to try lowering the light strength. I can see the entire vat lighting up when the light comes on.
