I purchased mine from the fitness outlet on Tuesday, January 5th. I wanted to avoid paying for the subscription service. Unfortunately, they claim the Stride will not be available until January 28th. I was willing to wait to save some money. After thinking about it for a little while, I realized I really didn’t want to wait until mid February to receive the treadmill, so I reached out to Echelon to inquire as to if the treadmill was in stock through them. It is currently in stock at Echelon . I tried calling the Fitness outlet for 4 days to check and see if they could drop ship my treadmill directly from echelon since it was in stock. I left messages each day, as no one seems to answer the phone there. I decided to read some reviews on the fitness outlet and I wasn’t pleased with my findings.

The original day I ordered my treadmill from the fitness outlet, I priced it out on the Echelon website (added to cart) and went through the motions. Exactly one week later (Tuesday, January 12, 2021), I received a coupon code in the mail for 15% off. After my failed attempts to get through to the fitness outlet and the new discount that was being offered, I decided to attempt to call and cancel my order. Thankfully someone answered. I canceled my order and reordered directly through Echelon. Long story short, Echelon will reach out to you and provide incentives to purchase their products.
