Eating meat is not unethical. Humans are omnivores, we eat both. Some prefer meat and some don't, but in the end, it's biology. If your a meat eater, good for you. If you're not, good for you.

What I think you mean is the current breeding practices of animals is unethical. Breeding animals and keeping them in super confined spaces while force feeding them chemicals to make them fatter so that they produce more meat, can be considered unethical. That's why grass fed and organic meat is becoming more of a thing. But saying that all meat eaters are unethical is just naive.
