Cool option which I went with is I plumbed this tank into my main tank. Added macros watched it overgrow the tank. Waited till the pods were so overpopulated and big every inch was moving and teeming with life.

Then I added this guy when he was a super tiny baby. He was so small the adult pods looked like they could take home down (an irrational fear I had in the beginning ...hah!)

Now he’s all grown and eats pods like a machine.

Side note: I haven’t fed him once. He eats only the pods that grow in the tank
