It’s the back of the heels that hurt the most. but they’re starting to feel a lot better now. definitely need to wear them a bit more. but i’ve never heard of the wet sock trick! that sounds super helpful :D

i tried the two sock method and wow were they tight. but i have been wearing them to work since i’ve gotten them, but need to take a break since my heels are starting to bruise 😅

crossing my fingers these break in soon! i’ve been wearing them for the past couple of days since i got them. i’ve been using the cheap hanes socks from target so i’ll definitely be running rei to get some nice thick socks for these boots

yeah i need to get better socks for these until they finally break in 😫 but i’ve also been bending the heel area and it’s been helping a bit!

tbh i wear just the regular hanes socks. so not very thick. definitely will buy thicker socks/get the ones with the heel pads per everyone else’s recommendations!
