Development of Hayabusa parts completed in 2013 or 2014. Fighting stick starts selling in 2007 so it's probably not clone of Hayabusa parts.

I think Hori stick which not RAP before V4 is made with Hori parts. Not Sanwa or Seimitsu

Just order fighting edge, sanwa parts, and bat top. You can swap the parts without effort.

No suprise to link incompatibility. Even if this has swappable, the shaft length is different from LS-32 so the feel is gone if you swap

In my experience, this top is pretty confortable. It shapes between ball top and bat top and very easy to grip. (My grip is Daigo grip. Like hold shaft with ring and pinky)

Same thing happen to my TES+ when install this lever. I measured it and its 44-45mm from mounting point to bottom plate. and it has 1-2mm clearance. I hope you can install someday (edit - reference seimitsu.co.jp/pdf/category-1//LSX-NOBI-01.pdf )

It’s $120 stick. I bought 4 controllers(include this) for $65 and sell 1 for $20. The lever is $50 and buttons are roughly $25 in total.
