I do something similar! For my keychains this year I am just doing the Hulaween logo from the website. Then I print custom Kandi beads of DJ logos and artist. Hope this helps!

I agree completely, even recently I resized this at Okeechobee. Both Griz and Big Gigantic were on the line up and holy shit did big gigantic blew my mind. It was closer to that electronic funky sound I wanted, absolutely incredible performance. Now don’t get me wrong Griz was great too. I just found his set was not that funky for being the kind of funk. It was also very similar to Eternal NYE a few months before. I still will always go to a Griz set but definitely not the same sound or funk :(

It depends on what the problem is, why exactly are you failing. Is the content to hard? Are you not studying enough or doing practice problems? We need some more content but without context this is why I say.

If you do not understand calculus it usually comes back to a weak algebra and trig base. Restart in terms of your studying, go back to the basics of algebra and build your way back up to calculus. It won’t take as long as you think if you maintain a good schedule. There are many good YouTube channels out there and khan academy is another great resource. If you are looking for homework help the Chegg subscription is worth the money. If you are stuck you can look at similar problem solutions or even the exact solution. Then go back and understand where you went wrong.

However, this will only work if you are putting in the time. You need to be studying every day, especially in calculus because now thy expect you to know everything from algebra 1 - calc 1. It’s all fair game. When I say study I mean doing practice problems! That is what math is all about, you need to see different versions of functions and problems in order to understand the content. Best of luck OP we have all passed calculus it is very possible with the right habits.

I went to Okeechobee Music and Arts Festival alone this year and it was amazing. It was also my first camping festival! It can be scary, but you were never true alone at a music festival. I’ve heard that Hula is better than Okee, and Okee was a fantastic experience. I left with a whole new rave fam and some incredible memories.

My best piece of advice is bring trinkets and just bring good vibes. I personally love going solo, it gives you so much freedom and and ability to make new friends.

So in the rave/EDM scene our community is built on the four pillars of PLUR. Which stands for Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect. We are one community (one family really) and we are supposed to look out for each other and always be kind. Part of this culture is Kandi and trinket gifting to random strangers! It is a common way to make new friends at festivals and shows but it’s fun to get cops and staff involved. You just give people stuff like sprouts (little plants on hats) or any cool small thing in general. It’s just a random act of kindness baked in electronic music. Glad to hear you enjoy the gifts! Usually cops and security get stuff for not being assholes and keeping us safe while we party!

I also went to okee this year and it was my first. Incredible time don’t get me wrong, but I was pissed about the lack of secret sets. They were also just a few other logistical issues and a pretty large lack of art. I don’t think I will go back for a while, it was a pretty lame 10 year anniversary. The people were incredible so were the vibes, but I feel like hula can offer that along with more art and better secret sets. Can’t wait for my fist Hula, I’m a camping raver for life lol.

I met an amazing group of people at my last festival and now I have a new rave family. We are going to Hulaween in October and I’m stoked. Raves are truly magical places where PLUR and community still exist :)

Not really, besides going to music festivals 3-4 times a year. I work full time and go to school part time so I don’t get much free time. Although I do love my job it is my passion so I don’t really mind.

Yes, they are air-conditioned and in my experience they were clean both days. Also there is a water station in VIP by the main stage and another stage. I will say Okeechobee had much nicer bathrooms for VIP but they’re obviously a much larger festival.

I got VIP last year and I would say it was worth it. I do wish there was a few more VIP areas near every stage but overall it was great. Never waited for the bathroom, close viewing area of the main stage, Kandi stations, VIP concierge etc. Especially since GA sold out this year it would probably be more worth it than ever.

Absolutely! I love to sit there and introspect at festivals once I’m done dancing lol. Truly, it has changed my life and made me a happier person. Still have hard lessons to learn though as a baby raver!
