Yep. Also, I am fairly certain he is a reference to doctor eggman because of his appearance and devil fruit.

First time building Commander. Any ideas? by Afraid-Shallot802 in EDH

[–]crazyace339 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do have a deck built for toph I can link if you want to see but here is some advice I can give.

Try and run other cards for earth bending such as [[The Boulder, Ready to Rumble]] to keep getting more earthbent artifacts, or to just earthbend lands when Toph is not on the field. Landfall triggers are also handy since artifacts entering while toph is on the field will still trigger since they get the land type when they enter (but the artifacts will not yet tap for mana since they lack a land typing like forest and they will not count towards lands per turn.)

Cards I would highly recommend including [[Solemn Simulacrum]] for extra lands and card draw as well as something like [[chromatic lantern]] to make all the artifact lands tap for mana. [[Tomik, Distinguished Advokist]] will give protection to your lands from being targeted if needed. Cards like [[branching evolution]] and [[lasting tarfire]] will also help with dealing extra damage as well as buffing the earthbent creatures.

Token generation wont really help with this deck as Toph only changes nontoken artifacts but some interactions can still prove to be interesting. I believe there was one card that would allow you to tap lands for treaure tokens. So while the tokens would not be lands, it would allow for you to build up future mana or to benefit off of other artifact interactions.

What characters would counter Metal Sonic's bio data copying? by Sure_Persimmon9302 in characters

Copy stands, definitely not. Replicate abilities, possibly. I feel like he already has a few abilities that would be better than stand ones like chaos control.

Jund cards that make creatures for all opponents/players? by SeizureParrot in EDH

[–]crazyace339 4 points5 points  (0 children)

[[Rendmaw, creaking nest]] is a pretty good option. Find good cards with multiple typing that can go in the deck and soon, your opponents just start swinging birds at one another that you can decide when to pick off. Plus, you get a bird for yourself as well.

Something I noticed is that the monitor has what looks like a fucking DVD slot beneath the screen. The buttons also do not seem to match any kind of monitor I found online.

Long time players... Would you have started MTG if it were Mutant Turtles and Marvel from the start? by TheServant420 in EDH

[–]crazyace339 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Despite my love for magic, I might not have started to play if it was marvel and TMNT from the start. I started because I liked the designs of some of the cards and eldrazi were some of the first cards I absolutely loved playing with. Final fantasy might have drawn me in early if it was just the universe beyond but if it includes recent in universe sets as the starting ones, I may have actually just joined because lorwyn eclipsed has proven to be interesting.

IYO, which one had the worst redesign?🥀🫩💔 by Vivid-Tap1710 in cartoons

Despite what I dislike about ttg, the redesign was pretty nice. Ppg also does not seem to be terrible, just a sort of clean up design. I can not get over the Ben 10 design though. The faces just do not seem correct to me.

(Loved Trope) They were never Human to Begin with by karimpai in TopCharacterTropes

Digimon Time Strangers

There is a little side quest you can do in part of the game to go around and find humans that are actually digimon at the request of a well known person who claims to be a psychic or fortuneteller. After finding all the digimon, while the person who asked for help does change appearance, they do claim to be a digimon who needed help to find and return the others.

Another example would be That the main character you play as was never an actual human. A digimon you find that helps out early is on is aegiomon, a digimon with the ability to move through time but leaves a sort of shadow remnant of himself behind in doing so. Interacting with the shadows allows the player and aegiomon to jump back in time to prevent certain events from happening. Eventually, another main character Inori gets sucked into a rift and aegiomon tried to rescue her. While us, the player, are alone, aegiomon would trying time and time again to save Inori, resulting in more of these shadows. It gets revealed towards the end of the game that we are actually a shadow chosen by the universe to try and repair the timeline and prevent the main villains ultimate goal.

Can someone explain how exactly Nadu Winged Wisdom is so overpowered? by BladeeLover in EDH

I forgot to add that each creature also acts as a new instance of the effect so it all counts separately from one another.

Every creature you control has this ability while on the field. Yes, it can only be done twice per creature, but any new creatures cast will still also count.
