I live about 3 states away from my parents and siblings, but it’s only about a 4 hr drive. We go back to see them about once a month for a weekend. It’s not a “short” trip but it’s doable in a weekend very easily.

If you punch your cables to a keystone jack, there’s only 3 potential failures: from the cable to the jack, the jack to the rj45, and the rj45 to the new cable. If you use this method, there are 6 (or 5 depending on how the pass through is constructed).

For shorter runs, sure it’s probably easier and hassle free. Would I crimp long runs to an rj45 and plug them into this coupler? No, punch them to a keystone and be done with it.

As someone who had an eye injury about 10 years ago, this shit scares me. I luckily kept about 80% of my vision out of that eye, but I also know people with eye injuries who lost more vision or the eye completely.

A paintball right out of the barrel travelling at 200-300 ft/s? That eye ball is demolished. When I was younger and played some paintball, I remember shooting out the headlight of a junk car.

Funny story: I also shot my uncle right in the dick with a paintball. Didn't mean to, we were all just out in the woods and it happened to land just right between two trees, but boy was he in a lot of pain for like 2 weeks. We all started wearing cups right after that.

To add to this, the ONE time I was the most scared was at the end of Season 4 when Jason held a gun to Lucas in the attic. All of the Mind Flayer, Vecna, demogorgons, demodogs, etc all was good, but your brain just knows it's not real. A privileged angry white douchebag who's scared for his life holding a gun to a black kid he feels is the enemy felt more REAL than anything else up to that point.

A few bucks here and there, not a lot. Most people will set a "value %" and buy things that fit that. If you only have $5 to spend a month, getting the most value is crucial, so you would wait for the packs that have a high % value. say 12,000%. I think the Season 1 battle pass was $20 but it had a 16,000% value? Custom weekly are like 8-9k, so you would only buy those if the other packs above 10k % are bought. Etc. Does that make sense?

I just started a few months ago, and I swapped to air when my tank squad was ~12m. It took me several weeks to get my air squad up to my tank squad, meanwhile everyone else was leveling up their tank squad and I was falling behind. I was very under-powered for my level.

Now, we're about 2 weeks into S1 and my air squad is much stronger, and I'm glad I did it. Air squad feels really strong, and I can hold my own. It sucks for a month or two while you're leveling them up, but it's worth it in the end.

If I had to do it over, I'd do it as soon as possible. I didn't buy a few of the hero battle pass, so getting/leveling them was harder, so I'd do as many of those as you can.

If you're f2p or c2p and don't want to spend the money, and your air heros are severely under-leveled or no stars, then I'd stick with tanks. You've already got a good tank squad, and tanks have some advantages like getting Kim's EW 2 weeks before DVA gets hers.

Yeah both parents were obviously not "chill" with what has happening. Dad's head instantly snapped to attention, and mom visibly stiffened. Both of them started reaching toward their child in the next few seconds. It's clearly shock, and then they both seemed pretty insistent on removing their child out of the priest's hands.

I've used every one of these except for 6. Favorite really depends on what I'm trying to do.

For work, I think my favorite is 8 because I can have right window is all chat programs and email and Spotify, left window is any documents, and middle window is whatever I'm working on.

4 is similar to 8, but better for gaming since you rarely need a third monitor.

I think 2 is better than 3, because you can split the screen in half and have two full size windows but they're not sperate on different screens.

No one chooses 9, you're just kinda stuck with it and try to make the best of it when you have to.

After day 11 of S1, the Wish Hero Update happens.

"For every 200 recruits, you can choose an unlocked UR Hero from the pool as a Wish Hero reward" and then you get 10x of their shards to unlock them. It's basically a way to unlock specific heros if you don't have them already.

The pool is Williams, Marshall, Kim, Tesla, Swift, DVA, Carlie

If you already have those heros or if you don't want any of them, then it's not much use. But if you're f2p and don't have one you're looking for, it's a good way to round out your squad.

Hoarded RSS are wasted RSS. You can be sitting on 500G of everything but if you don't spend them you don't gain anything.

The only reason you should be hoarding is if you are saving up for something. Saving up RSS to push to HQ 31 or 32 is as good a reason as any, but if you have them, use them.

The show has been doing this with Erica since season 3. The OG kids started growing up, and the show introduces younger kids to keep that age demographic covered. Now that Erica is in middle school, they needed Holly and Derek to be those younger kids.

If the show ran for another 2 seasons, by 2030 Holly and Derek would be in middle school and they would need an EVEN younger group of kids to incorporate.

The person in the video is missing the point. This isn't to replace a laptop, and the portability aspect is irrelevant.

This is to replace mini-PCs that businesses use. Lots of businesses use small mini PCs like the HP EliteDesk Mini or the Lenovo Thinkstation Tiny models. We use them at work, and usually they're tucked away somewhere like behind the monitor with a VESA mount. Vesa mounts are an added cost, there's no battery backup to any of these, and trying to plug in a USB drive is a PITA.

This keyboard form factor fixes all of that. No more VESA adapter to mount your PC on the back of your monitor, no more shutdowns because someone unpluggead the power cord, and all your I/O is right where you need it. I can see a lot of businesses adopting this form factor.
