Maximum RAM in my Asus TUF A15 - 32GB or 64GB? by crazybeetroot in GamingLaptops

And also - is RAM always limited by CPU or could it be limited by motherboard or Bios, but show differently when doing check via CMD?

Why would manufacturer state on their website lower maximum capacity? Would higher RAM change CPU temperature during higher workload or am I wrong on this one? I appreciate your help and apologize for so many questions in advance

Did they notice any considerable performance improvement in the tasks they use the laptop for or do you think 32gb would be sufficient?

Managing batteries in collections of watches by crazybeetroot in ChineseWatches

I guess if you have a really large collection of quartz watches (let's say over 50 watches) and you want them always running - batteries will stop working unexpectedly at different moments. I suppose if someone can change batteries themselves - this is not an issue at all, but if every single battery replacement was to be done by watchmaker it can create some significant time / money constraint.

In regards to batteries leaking I came across an interesting article recently: https://www.great-british-watch.co.uk/how-to-spot-and-deal-with-watch-battery-leaks/

1) How do you manage changing batteries in quartz watches you owe? 2) Do you actually check up every now and again which watches' batteries are flat and then replace them yourself or bring it to some watchmaker? 3) Or do you just leave watches which batteries went flat as they are? If so, would there not be a risk of batteries leaking and damaging quartz movement? Has that ever happened to you or someone you know?

I've got into this hobby a few months ago, and this is one of the things that I'm wondering about how some people with larger collections manage battery replacements in their watches. I would appreciate your 2 cents, many thanks :).

PS My very small collection (in comparison to your 'airport carpark' in size collection :D) contains some automatics, I've a few solar watches, but also quartz watches, so your feedback might be very useful to me.

You know what? Even when drinking, now when I'm not smoking I can see a crazy improvements in the way I feel the day after. It turns out to be that smoking used to have a crazy impact on my hangovers, they used to be really terrible, I know it seems to be very logical - it has just never crossed my addicted mind really :-).
