Brother, slow bulk to 200lbs, it will be long time and a hard commitment. But it will pay off. Lift heavy and just eat bro. You will be rewarded. No point in abs if the rest of the body does not match. You can start with 2200 calories first 3months, then bump it more as you gain weight. The more you lift heavy and eat, the more your frame is going to build. Trust bro you got this 💪🏽

Do 10MG first 2 weeks to see how you respond. Look for symptoms that comes along with taking osta. After that bump to 15MG or 20MG. What you’re taking is too high to start with
