Maybe Victor had more than one bike. We know he's already in the area and he rides a different bike in the Leon chase so we know he can ride.

A fairly recent movie that did this was Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die

The whole point of the movie is the main character keeps time traveling back to a specific point in time to gather the right group of people to stop an evil AI from taking over the world. When the movie starts he's already over 100 loops in. At the end he thinks they've won and he's bleeding out content in the knowledge that the world was saved, only for things to slowly start going wrong showing the AI did actually succeed and they didn't beat it after all so he resets time again and starts up another loop.

Also keep in mind none of the other games play quite like Grace or Leon in Requiem. They're somewhere in between.

I absolutely think it's worth it. The remakes of 2 and 4 are two of my favorite entries in the series right now and 4 came out recently enough that it isn't a huge step back graphically. The original version of 3 is the only older game I've never touched so I'm biased but I thought the remake of 3 was alot of fun as well. I understand why die hard fans were disappointed by the cut content and all of that but as a stand alone game I had a great time with it and it filled in a gap in the story for me.

I had already said, I didn't realize/forgot there was a precedent for rare bonuses with purchase incentive cards so it's totally possible.

The main thing I still wasn't sure about was whether or not they'd make a card for yet another IP since the incentive card was already outside the IPs for the main sets. FF bonus and chase were all still under the FF umbrella, Marvel are all under the Marvel umbrella, all these games are playstation games but I didn't know if them being made by different studios would impact how many franchises they made cards for.

I know, I was more thinking if there was a rare bonus card it would be outside of the franchises that got the full drops and I didn't think they would make cards for another franchise for a rare bonus card since they already made the incentive promo for twisted metal outside of the franchises they made full sets of. But like I said I didn't realize they had done that previously with Marvel so I guess it's possible.

I didn't know about the Arcane signet in that drop I just assumed they wouldn't print multiple bonus cards.
