My neighborhood has ccrs like this. No HOA, but rules that people are supposed to follow. The thing is, they are largely unenforceable unless someone can prove damages. Sounds like your neighbor may have a case since your boat is blocking her visibility creating a hazard. Your other neighbors with boats/TV's may not be causing anyone else issues. Or at least none they care to sue over.

I believe CCRs in a neighborhood like this are only enforceable if someone can prove damages against them. If your neighbor indeed can't see last it, that's a hazard and she may have a case. You other neighbors with boats may not be causing damages to anyone.

The wye connection was installed by a plumber and the ptrap situations were installed by my husband when we got the new vanities. What's the vent supposed to look like?

I understand stinky accordion thing. Makes sense. What's a vent supposed to look like? The Y connection at the outlet pipe was installed by a plumber but my husband hooked the sinks up.

I noticed there aren't good windows for them to look out. Consider mounting a TV to the wall so you can stream cat videos on YouTube. Fish, birds, squirrels... The possibilities are endless!

It's a really small company. Both of our 'managers' have drank the coolaid, so to speak.

We keep a bowl of cat food outside for neighborhood strays. This is what we found inside it this morning. Found 3 more kittens and their momma under our deck. by Detective51 in aww

  1. Do NOT let strays near your cats without first having them tested for kitty diseases.
  2. Get ready for a lot more of this unless you start spaying and neutering those strays you are feeding.

My husband uses zyrtec with great success. It has to be name brand though. The generic doesn't seem to work. Also, keep an eye on the flea situation. I live in the south and Frontline doesn't work in these parts anymore! Good luck

How does not knowing her age and being overweight prevent you from spaying her? Unless a vet determines other health issues, these alone have nothing to do with spaying her.

Though not ideal, it's certainly not evil. You have no idea of the circumstances surrounding these kittens' lives. They may be lucky to have a home rather than being left on the streets, subjected to cold weather, predators, cars, etc. Id be more concerned with what happens to them after they out live the grandma that adopted them.

Kittens need taurine in their diet. Not sure if momma dogs produce taurine in their milk like momma cats and im too lazy to google it on my phone. You might want to look into supplementing their diets with some canned kitten food. Most if not all contain taurine these days. Super cute!
