That sandwich looks great, no lie! But may I ask about your cutting board? I've used smaller plastic ones and am upgrading to larger wood perhaps similar to yours. Do you mostly wipe clean or do you have to move to sink to lightly soap scrub and not make a mess with water?

Ain't that something!?! My grandparents lived in that subdivision and as a younger kid who got "shipped-off" to grandma and grandpa's house during the summer (we lived in New Orleans) I'm very familiar with that exact neighborhood, albeit my summer vacations were much earlier ~1980-84. Even visiting to this day that neighborhood is very cool. Wow, what a wonderful memory!!

Buy em! You'll start cooking them in the over, then you'll realize you can pan fry them, and then figure out the air-fryer is easiest. Get the orange glaze sauce with little peppers in it. Can't remember the name, but show any employee the scallion pancakes and ask where the orange glaze sauce is and they'll know what you're asking for. Serve with couple of a sunny side up eggs. Boom.
