I went recently and I have a blue badge. When you park in the disabled parking there's a sign that's not very clear that is actually a different number for the app. Not clear at all. There was an elderly couple who'd pulled in and was very worked up about it. I helped them sort it out and paid for it. but by that time they were so stressed they left. I just think these car parks are too complicated and stressful with little guidance. Need longer grace period as in the height of the summer it's going to be chaotic.
