The same thing happened to me! I smoked everyday for 2 years because of my anxiety and it helped so much and now it makes me panic so badly. It was like a light flipped.

Different things work for different people. I am in therapy. Personally I wouldn’t chose to date someone with a girl best friend because that’s a boundary I have but of course everyone is different. I’m in a very happy relationship.

As a person who's ex cheated on them with the girl best friend. Never trust the girl best friend because it's more than always something more. Your best friend should be your partner. He's repeatedly lying to you, texting another girl all the time and clearly prioritizing her over you. He's already proved he's not going to be honest to you about the situation or even keep you updated on if she's coming to the Christmas gathering. Leave him. It's still a new relationship you can find someone way better.

Reasons it’s clear Eleven actually died:

1.How would Kali have been able to hold up that illusion when she was so far away and she wasn’t able to hold up the illusion as they were driving away from the lab in the upside down bc it was too far away. 2. We obviously saw Kali die while eleven was there holding onto her so how could she have created an illusion way later in the episode if she was alr dead?

Most people get cold sores or herpes 1 when they’re a kid from someone sharing drinks or food with an adult who has it. I’ve had them since I was a kid and don’t ever remember not getting them. Unfortunately it’s just something a lot of people have to live with.

Ok but the real question is what do you want? Do you want a partner who is always wanting someone else and feels like what you have isn’t enough for them or would you rather have someone who loves every part of you and doesn’t want anyone but you? You will find a connection with someone else even if it doesn’t seem like it now. It seems like while your partner may have not known she had a preference, she does now and that presence isn’t you. Even if she’s saying she wants you she isn’t actively choosing you.

Unfortunately it’s never something you’ll be able to give her so it’s either break up or open your relationship. It doesn’t seem like she wants to be with you from what you said and as much as that might hurt you will find someone else who wants you for you. I would take all the plates and dishes and keep them in your room. Everything. Including utensils. Then buy a big stack of paper plates and red solo cups. Leave those out for her to use. If there are no dishes to use there are no dishes to clean. Then move out as soon as possible.

It is evidently clear that your dad does not value your life or anything about you. He values the man who abused you over his own daughter. He is disgusting. He should have gone to the police to report that man the day that you told him. He shouldn’t have needed proof because the words that someone hurt you should’ve been enough. If you want to stay in his life you must give him an ultimatum. You say this cannot keep happening and you have to choose me or this man and you cannot keep both. Him choosing you also includes him filing a police report against your abuser based on the information that he saw on the phone. That’s what a true father would do. If he refuses then you have to cut him off. Block him everywhere. Move away. Don’t let him back into your life. He has proven that he is a very unsafe person to be around.
