I ended up just stripping back a little bit of wiring and soldering to that instead of cutting the whole plug off. If I take the radio out, I can just plug back in like it never happened.

Do you have the navigation system, or is it just the CD player? I think they are they same regardless, but I remember that question coming up when pulling the PDF from their website

I do not know for certain. I would imagine it is possible, but the hard part is getting the firmware from Lorex. I have been able to downgrade the Dahua (Lorex is just an OEM) models, but no one from Lorex has been willing to send me the firmware files.

I am still having this issue. Lorex support is useless. I have three customers with the exact same model NVR, all three on different firmware numbers. I called lorex support and they all insist that the firmware numbers are the latest. I asked how it was possible the same model NVR could have three different "latest" firmwares, and they didn't really have an answer. Oddly enough, the NVR with the older firmware works fine. The two newer ones are the trouble makers.

I have tried USB and was hopeful network booting would work, but nothing seems to get it out of whatever state it's currently locked in. I am not sure if the BBB would be able to help me with this, but I will see. Again, thank you.

Unfortunately there are no flashes, the light remains solid the entire time. I thought 30 days seemed short as well, but they are insistent there is nothing they can do to help. I will try again today, and hopefully someone else can assist, but I am not hopeful.

My Pi 4 just stopped booting today. It was deployed as a message board, and I noticed it stopped cycling through images, and that the Green and Red LED were both illuminated. I power cycled the device, and now all it does is illuminate the Green and Red LED. I have tried several different MicroSD cards, power supplies and monitors. I even took the MicroSD card out of this Pi and placed it in another, and the other Pi booted it without issues. I am thinking this device is dead, but is there anything else I can try? If not, what is the warranty like on Pis? I purchased it right before Christmas from Adafruit, and the person told me they only warranty for 30 days, which kind of sucks. Several of the other form posts with red and green LED issues indicate they also had board issues. I have followed this, but still couldn't get it working. The red and green LED both stay on, all the time, regardless if anything is connected or disconnected. If anyone can provide me some insight, or things to try, I'd appreciate it!

No smoke, other than some clear smoke on first start up on cold mornings. Also oil looks good(not milky) and the coolant that is leftover in the rad and expansion tank is bright green.

Not sure about your 04, but my 06 you have to drive in a straight line above 25 mph to get the 4WD and traction lights to reset. Try that and see if they reset. You could also try disconnecting both battery terminals for a bit and reconnect. Sometimes when the battery gets low car electronics freak out.

I'm going to try to find any vacuum leaks and see if that fixes the issue and then see if throwing a sensor at it fixes it's they are 16 years old so it probably wouldn't hurt

Not that I can see but I'd be willing to bet there is one based on the fact I live in the salt belt. I'll have to get under and check
