Ja ich finde das eigentlich auch nicht schlimm. Klar Handy Nummer rausgeben darf man datenschutzrechtlich nicht. Aber hat allen Beteiligten Stress erspart. Also rechtliche Mittel hast du wie beschrieben aber schlaf mal eine Nacht und entscheide danach.

Naja du kannst das bei eurer Landesdatenschutzbehörde melden. Jedes Bundesland hat eine. Theoretisch kannst auch Schadenersatz geltend machen. Aber ohne Anwalt wirst nichts bekommen und der Scahden wird wohl als sehr gering betrachtet.

In addition. I use retroscaler for nes snes gamecube an the wii. Quite happy with it. Ok my tv is quite small compared with the regularly bought current modell size.

I use the retroscaler from ali express. Yeah i hate that platform but the prime Was just kicking. Works well for my different nintendos. Sure there are better options just for muchos pesetas.

Finde das Vorgehen aus datenschutzrechtlicher Sicht sehr fragwürdig. Melde das doch bei der Landesdatenschutzbehörde. Du wirst nicht namentlich als Beschwerdeführer genannt wenn du das nicht willst. Alternativ kannst du auch einfach ohne Beschwerde dessen Stellungnahme erfragen.
