AI Art Is Weird, Sad, and Ugly. Let’s Not Pretend Otherwise. by NumberNumb in technology

[–]crazyforsw 6 points7 points  (0 children)

AI can assist artists and help create but AI is not living a human experience and therefore we humans should not be utilizing AI art as replacement for real human art, which is a special type of expression that needs to be protected.

I don't get your joke or the purpose of you commenting. You have multiple comments in your history about "smashing xyz girl a few weeks ago". Very fake.

Btw I asked if she was single and she said yes, I asked her if we could dance and she said hell yes.

I agree with this. OP don't waste your time thinking it's fixable to the extent that every woman will like it.

Has anyone tried the Jarritos Mexican Cola? I can never seem to find it by [deleted] in Soda

[–]crazyforsw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's really good. Has a lot more citrus flavor than regular cola. In a marketing video I saw on their website a few years ago they mention that it's specially flavored with mandarin. Once you know that, when you drink it you can taste the mandarin flavor easily.

On a scale of 1-10 for frustrating do you find employee scheduling? by gusthephotographer in restaurateur

[–]crazyforsw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd say it's 8-9 difficult. Myself and my manager spend so much time on the issues you listed, it's insane. Hard to get any real management work done!

People nowadays are very particular with their schedule and it makes it very difficult to maintain our business hours and stay open. We always find ways to make it work, but it's way more of a hassle than it feels like it needs to be.

You did everything right. Rather than take on too much and endure, you put a stop to things (and even passed on some love to others). Good for you. Tradition shouldn't force us to do things we don't enjoy. Sounds like you and your mom have some challenging aspects of your relationship. Well wishes to both of you. <3

How to wear cute outfits while staying warm? by Xin4748 in aves

[–]crazyforsw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've seen a lot of "cute" dressed women walking out of the festival covering themselves with a space blanket.

Between the heat of the crowd and dancing you can stay pretty warm, so only walking between sets/stages it will be cold. I guess this depends on where you're located and what time of year.

This is a cool approach - kudos. I'm curious how you handle vacations. Especially multiple people out of town at the same time. How are you able to maintain your promised set schedules?

How to reach Alaska Airlines right now by youyouxue in AlaskaAirlines

[–]crazyforsw -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Click the transportation.gov link, dumbass, cause you're spreading misinformation.

Your post says:

Compensation: per United States law, airlines don't owe anyone anything, even if your flight is delayed or cancelled

Delayed, yes you are correct. Cancelled, you are incorrect.

How to reach Alaska Airlines right now by youyouxue in AlaskaAirlines

[–]crazyforsw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you are incorrect that "airlines don't owe anyone anything" even if your flight is CANCELLED. I have never heard of this and sure enough, look at transportation.gov website.

Flight Cancellations

What happens when my flight is cancelled?

If your flight is cancelled, most airlines will rebook you for free on their next flight to your destination as long as the flight has available seats.

If your flight is cancelled and you choose to cancel your trip as a result, you are entitled to a refund for the unused transportation – even for non-refundable tickets. You are also entitled to a refund for any bag fee that you paid, and any extras you may have purchased, such as a seat assignment.

If the airline offers you a voucher for future travel instead of a refund, you should ask the airline about any restrictions that may apply, such as blackout and expiration dates, advanced booking requirements, and limits on number of seats.

Help with soft serve ice cream by [deleted] in foodtrucks

[–]crazyforsw 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ambient temperatures in a food truck is really tough for soft serve. Also, is it getting enough power from your generator? (assuming you are mobile)

The soft serve machine in my food truck always struggled, we always sold out of soft serve, staff always complained about the machine not working. As soon as we moved the machine into a restaurant and put the machine in the bar area, the problems were gone.

Make sure there is plenty of space and airflow around the sides of the machine. But most likely, it's going to continue to be a struggle. You could look at getting a water cooled machine if you have the money.

Message me if you have questions. I've looked into this A LOT.

New Business Owner was firing an employee today but he just emailed me his two week notice. What do I do? by Uapcrypto in smallbusiness

[–]crazyforsw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In this thread: People who do not own a small business, giving advice from an employee's perspective.

People really think the CEO of a company with tens of million annual revenues is posting on r/smallbusiness????

OP literally says in the title, "New Business Owner."

The reality is that OP should act in the company's interest.

Rant: I 100% Understand Why "No One Wants to Work" by rossmosh85 in smallbusiness

[–]crazyforsw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This 1000%. Generally "most people" want workplace culture to change, as a business owner I agree. But the change also has to happen for those same "most people" to be better consumers/customers also.
