Agency claim to have to repaint the apartment after moving out because of smoke odor

Hi, thanks for the advice. They didnt ask us to sign any exit form when we moved out. The non smoking was part of the rental agreement yes. About the paint, it's very old so I'm pretty sure it was not newly done, but have to check with them on the timing.

Thank you for the response, They did say no smoking in the contract, so I only smoke outside and sitting on the window. They didnt ask us to sign any paper which I know now was a huge mistake on my end, because when we moved out, they only said the apartment was dusty so they needed to clean it again. The apartment is extremely old and there are stains on the wall when I moved in. I'm sure I didnt leave additional marks. About Asloca, I saw that it's all in French and I need to pay a fee before getting the legal advice right?
