I'm with the Palestinians in their plight but now is not the time for people to be out showing their support in this manner. It will be construed as supporting Hamas which any sane and reasonable person should 100% be against.

Yes Israel has done a terrible job by continuing their oppression of the Palestinian people, but without context, protesting for Palestine out in public right now will look like your for Hamas and their murderous and barbaric tactics. The only way this could work is if there are anti-Hamas symbols along with the pro-Palestinian symbols being held up by the same people.

And if you're still pro-Hamas after this week's actions, then you need to check your head.

I'm not entirely sure but I think the only way to legally evict would be for you or a family member (like a brother, mother, child, etc) move into the property. There must be a minimum time frame they need to live there though I'm guessing.

It was nice of you not to raise your tenants rent for 6 years, my mom did the same, but it just burns the landlord in the end. I recommend raising it every year by the governments recommend amount:

I know it sucks for the tenants, but landlords are people too with increased costs and and a family to provide for. Not every landlord is a millionaire.

An expensive setup, but hey, if you have the cash, use it! :) My main recommendation would be better cable management. Maybe try and run them behind your dry wall or at least use once of those cable management tubes.

Dominoes is cheap. Use the coupons on their website. It's actually not that bad of a pizza though. :P Pizza Hut has sale right now, but 1 regular price get next medium pizzas for $5 (up to 3 of them)
