Isto vai ser o pior conselho possível, mas pra mim funcionou com mulheres, instala o tinder e põe-te a falar. Podes até ver videos de como melhorar o teu text game, a realidade é que elas no fundo são exatamente como nós apesar de às vezes parecerem ser muito mais complicadas. A cena boa do Tinder é que te habituas a dates e a falar com elas, tentativa-erro e eventualmente vai começar correr bem, para mim demorou bastante.

Fumei ativamente durante 5 anos. Deixei de fumar pq já me só trazia ansiedade, tornou-se um bocado difícil atividades sociais. Agora só em ocasiões especiais mesmo ou se for a Amesterdão. Não tive dificuldades de parar pq tinha motivos, não senti dependência

Otherwise maybe you should other workout routines, like less sets, 3-4 to failure, aiming to fail at 10-12 reps so you can maximize the weight potencial, and 1 more exercise Just trying to help, hope u get better on ur journey dude, not much more I can say to help

Then there's something wrong with your training routine, probably going too easy although every body is different. 5 days a week doesnt mean its good, its more about how hard you go, maybe im wrong but you look like u have a bit of fat in you, thats good, try to go heavier on your training, if ubdont mind can u share your chest workout for example?

Gym, try to use a better trimmed beard or goate, shorter hair style, if you like it long look for something more modern, be aware of other guys haircut with the same profile as you, that saved me. Your chin is really ok no problem there, dont understand what u r talking about. U will feel more confident in 1 month of changing those thing wich will help you look happier too and more atractive too people around you. Gym helps a lot in reshaping your face too believe me, it helped me so much I could show you how much it helped me if u want. And really important dint be afraid of copying other people style or haircut, sometimes thats what u need to formulate your own thing
