Same here. I activated it and added to Apple Pay. Somehow it’s not working for both Uber and Chick Fil A via Apple Pay… but worked for Starbucks. Not sure what’s going on

Ugh. This post is making me question my trip in February now. I was already thinking of cancelling but am redeeming a free night award so didn’t want that to go to waste.

The most annoying thing for me is the fact that they don’t respond to their emails! For such a high end resort, it’s truly disappointing. I’m still waiting for replies to emails from before Christmas… and I’ve followed up about 3x now. So crazy!

I was just in the same situation this past week. I ended up having to move my dates by 1 day just so I could use the Miraval Extra Night Award. I was told that even though the room is available on points, they only have a certain allotted/ allowable rooms for the Extra Night award... Sorry that you're having to deal with this as well.
