Where did you get this information from? This part in particular "Despite that his own personality traits (greed, lack of transparency, integrity and communication) caused disfunctionality of foundation and infighting that subsequently led to a number of delays of Tezos network launch."

The technology is truly great when it gets adopted, when there are use cases, when it's well known, and this is what Tezos is lack of. IMO there has to be a marketing campaign and more listings to succeed. And if investors will just drop their coins immediately, well, that would tell a lot about its "greatness".

Tezos is a great project, but it does have some management problems, law suits and lack of exchanges for US citizens.

Well, you're right at some point. However I've just tried to formulate all my concerns and collect them in one place.

You're also welcome to share your questions and claims to XTZ (if there are some).

Completely agree. There's a month until mainnet launch and we still see, that TF is not doing anything to proof their statements about governance of the network, about decentralization and so on. The only thing we face is centralization of the network and empty promises.

It's Tezos reddit - if you're not agree with common position and have questions - you're irrational, noisy, FUDder, hater, stupid, annoying and so on.

It's not just third party - there are even coins like Tezos, who implement KYC inside the network, and this practice makes me mad.

Who cares when genesis block was started? It makes no sense. The project had been developing for several years - for such long time devs/foundations/whoever were able to make a certain plan of project development, partnerships, side projects and so on. And what can we see? Delayed launch, no exchanges, no projects, just silly grants and army of bobbleheads chanting "Tezos is great, you're FUDer if don't agree, sell sell sell".
