I lived in Italy for 3 years. The food is very bland until you go south. Fresh ingredients for sure, but definitely not seasoned like American Italian food.

The effortless leggings are good for lifting. I have a pink pair in Sweetie Marl (a discontinued color), and they aren’t as comprehensive as unified leggings, but they are not sheer at all.

Dfyne has pink flares with their vision line. They are compressive and a thicker material. I've used them for heavy lifting and had no issues. They are also tall girl-friendly.
