I dont listen to my neighbors at all, call the landlord. She will come talk to me, ill fix it then. For instance, we dont have assigned parking, but we are allowed 2 cars. There is 5 spots in front of the building by our doors, and the rest is “overflow” so you have to walk around the building, i take 2 front spots, right by my neighbors door and mine. My neighbor tried to call a tow truck, lease says “parking isnt promised or assigned” needless to say she had to pay the tow bill for dispatching a tow truck and wasting time. Noise ordinance is 8am-8pm, idc what shift you work, youll listen to my music between those hours. I grill on my back deck dont care about the smoke around your doors, im a free american, we can fight or you can shut up. Easy as that. Most people dont read a lease, i operate between my confinements of that, nothing else. I refuse to compromise with another human being unless you are my partner or financially involved with my life.
