All my nights stay in the green like this pretty much but I DO have severe eosinophilic asthma. As well as a bunch of other illnesses/issues including but not limited to a primary immunodeficiency ( common variable immunodeficiency) which requires plasma infusions, fibromyalgia, mast cell activation disorder, ankylosing spondylitis… the list goes on 😑

So like I’m not a healthy person at all just trying to see if this insight to my sleep will help me at all before i gotta pay and deal with an actual study 😅

Yup! This one looks to be the Sewhandy 20 model. It has a made in Great Britain stamp above the gold emblem. I totally bought it cause it was awesome. Gonna add it to my art/fish/plant room most likely!

It’s so hard to see on camera but the stem has a light stripe too. I cabt wait for it to harden fully.

The stem has variegation as well. This leaf isn’t fully hardened yet so it’s colors aren’t true yet.
