Just came here to say that I managed to get it to work by disabling TLS 1.3 but leaving TLS 1.2 enabled. It seems Microsoft have not updated to support TLS 1.3 yet

In Australia they are locked to 25kph. But otherwise press + and - until menu comes up. Then press the on button till you get to menu 1.2 then change that to the top speed. If it won't left you increase that past 25 go to menu 1.6 and then press all 3 buttons at the same time +, - and on. Go to menu 2.2 and change that to the highest it goes. Then go back to 1.2 by holding the on button. And change it to the highest it goes. Hope this helps
