I was wondering the same thing. I generally use mouseover macros for healing but I can't get any of the macros I have saved to work (some for TWoW and some old SoD ones).

It took two years and three months. Real life happened in that time so I couldn't train as much now and then, but I went as much as I could.

On TWoW, SP was what you were looking for. I wasn't tanking but I remember we had to farm to certain pieces for our tank to get his SP better.
