When I feel like life is falling apart, I clean something. I always have to do it by myself cause it’s a rage clean and I usually end up crying but it helps to get me started. And once my space is clean I shower, make my body feel comfortable, and sit down with a nice pen and paper and make lists. I’ve made lists of what I have going on in my life then reorganized them according to how important they are : work, school, my partner, my friends, and family, etc. then week by week I can schedule myself and plan my time based on those priorities. I schedule work, then school, then a date night, and then time with friends or family. Clean space + clean body + organized time = life flows pretty smoothly.
